For Business English I use a range of academic coursebooks which help to establish and solidify one's professional compentency.

For exam preparation I use IELTS materials to develop a persons abilities in reading, speaking, writing and listening.

For professional development such as assisting potential au pairs for their interview I focus on each individual's preferred way of learning, whether audio, visual or literary.
