• Over fourteen years of experience, to include three years of leadership experience, working on rotor wing and unmanned aircraft.
• Performed duties as Team Lead/Mechanic and T.I., in support of the US Army Reset program, and Phase maintenance program. (UH-60 A/L/M Black Hawk Helicopters).
• Established reputation based on knowledge and experience to make concise and direct decisions to diagnose and troubleshoot rotor wing aircraft systems, sub-systems, components, and sub-components.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of ULLSA Software, CFT SOP’S and SWA LOI’S.
• Able to provide technical logistical assistance and instruction on various equipment systems regarding operation, usage, adjustments, repair, servicing, testing, processing, preservation, assembly, storage, maintenance and/or modification to improve operational/materiel readiness and sustain/extend life cycle of equipment.
• Comprehend theory, function and operation of airframes, power plant, electricity, mechanics, and aerodynamics of Army rotor wing aircraft.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, in a clear and concise manner with tact and professionalism
