I use the Market Leader program from Pearson, 70 % of our time will be spent conversing in english , the program has many audio files to get you used to different accents.
Classes are usually 1 hour long, 1 on 1 at your rhythm, 350MX pesos /hr, no contracts or long term commitment required.
